Woe to anyone pouring water on me”- Says drunk security officer publicly humilated by residents

A video of a visibly drunk man who appears to be wearing the uniform of Nigerian police officers has emerged online.

The man,was seen reeling in the sand while gallons upon gallons of water was poured on him to revive him.

But he kept reeling in the sand saying “woe to anyone pouring water on me”

Itis not known where and when the incdent took place.
